Sight Guard is a once-daily dietary supplement formulated by a board-certified ophthalmologist. It provides five evidence-informed ingredients that support the cellular energy your retina and optic nerve rely on.
What is in it?
Nicotinamide Riboside 300 mg, Calcium Pyruvate 400 mg, Coenzyme Q10 100 mg, Ginkgo Biloba 60 mg, and Lutein 10 mg. Full doses, disclosed on the label, with no proprietary blends.
How do I take it?
One capsule daily, with food. CoQ10 and lutein are fat-soluble, so a meal improves absorption. Give it at least three months of consistent daily use.
Is it safe to take with my medications?
